The English River Miners were proud to participate in a road hockey challenge Sunday afternoon for season ticket holder Jeremy McLeod’s 10th birthday party. After a grueling round robin the final pitted the cream of the crop with Team McLeod beating Team Moreau 5-4. The birthday boy scored the game winner late in the third period with little time remaining.
The organization would like to thank the guys for volunteering their time on a Sunday afternoon.
