Red Lake, ON – The Red Lake Miners are pleased to announce the signing of twenty year old forward, Jack Graham, for the upcoming season. Jack joins the Miners after an impressive stint with the Port Moody Panthers, where he showcased his skills and determination on the ice.
Over the past two seasons with the Panthers, Graham recorded 20 points, including 7 goals and 13 assists, in 32 games. His relentless work ethic caught the attention of the Red Lake Miners, who are confident that Jack will be a valuable addition to their roster.
When asked about his decision to join the Miners, Graham expressed his excitement, stating, “I chose the Miners because it’s a successful organization that knows how to win.” He also expressed his eagerness “to meet his new teammates, coaches, and explore the town of Red Lake.”
With the upcoming season in sight, Jack Graham has set ambitious personal goals. He aims to “surpass his previous records in terms of points and goals,” but his primary focus remains on achieving team success and “gunning for the Bill Salonen Cup.” Graham firmly believes that a successful season for the Miners would culminate in a championship victory.
Head Coach and General Manager, Lee Stone, spoke highly of Jack’s abilities, saying, “Jack is an experienced Junior Hockey player that is willing to do whatever it takes to win. He has a very hard shot but is best known for his ability to create chaos on the forecheck. We are excited Jack chose to spend his 20-year-old season with the Miners!”
