The Red Lake Miners depend on volunteers to operate — from game‑day support to community events. Our volunteers are the heartbeat of this organization. If you’re passionate about hockey and our community, we’d love to have you join the team that keeps the Miners running.
Here are some of the areas where you can help us out:
-
Game Day Operations
Love hockey? Step into the action. We’re recruiting scorekeepers, timekeepers, live scorers, penalty box attendants, goal judges, announcers, commentators and camera ops. Be part of what makes Miners game nights happen. Click on the email icon and let us know what role you are interested in helping out in. Training is provided.
-
Admissions and Fundraising
Admissions and fundraising volunteers help create the first and last impression of every Miners home game. From welcoming fans at the door to supporting key fundraising activities, these roles directly strengthen our team and our community. If you enjoy connecting with people and supporting local hockey, this is a great way to get involved. Click on the email icon and let us know if you are interested in helping out with Admissions, the Roster Draw, the Players Race, Selling Merchandise or helping out in the Canteen.
