Red Lake, Ontario – The Red Lake Miners are thrilled to announce that Chris Pimblott will be returning for his 12th season with the organization. Pimblott has been an integral part of the team since its inception in the 2013-14 season, and his dedication and expertise have made him a valuable asset to the Miners.
In his role as the Miners Director of Hockey Operations and Assistant Coach, Pimblott has displayed exceptional leadership and commitment. His vast experience and deep understanding of the game have been instrumental in the team’s success over the years. Pimblott has played a pivotal role in shaping the Miners into a competitive force in the league.
When asked about his decision to return for another season, Pimblott expressed his excitement and determination. “After reflecting on last season, I’m thrilled to be returning to the Miners organization for another year,” said Pimblott. “Working with Coach Lee Stone has been enriching, and I believe we have a real shot at the Championship. I’m eager for the team to be back on the ice, committed to making this season our journey towards victory.”
Head Coach and General Manager, Lee Stone, also expressed his delight at Pimblott’s return. “It just wouldn’t be the same without Pimmer at the rink,” said Stone. “He initially recruited me to come to Red Lake, and I’m extremely glad he did! We set a goal together a year ago of winning our league and attending the Centennial Cup, and I can’t wait to take another run at it with Pimmer.”
